Assembly sequence of YZ type submerged pump: (1) Install the bearings on the bearing box and the bearing seat respectively. (2) Install the oil seal felt ring on the bearing end cover A, C and bearing box respectively. (3) Install the bearing end covers B and C on the bearing seat and fasten them with bolts. (4) Put the installed bearing box on the shaft, screw on the round nut, and fasten the bearing end cover on the bearing box. (5) Install the shaft into the bearing seat, fix it with bolts, screw on the adjusting screws, install the bearing seat on the supporting seat, and put the water retaining ring in the proper position of the lower bearing. (6) Fix the connecting pipe on the bearing seat, and install the pump cover at the lower part of the connecting pipe, install the impeller at the lower part of the shaft and tighten it, install the front cover of the pump body in turn, and fix it with bolts, adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover with the adjusting screws at the bearing box (controlled within 1-1.5 mm), and fasten it with nuts and bolts after adjustment. (7) The motor support is installed on the bearing seat and fastened with bolts, and the coupling parts are installed on the upper end of the shaft, and the motor coupling is fastened on the motor shaft head with fastening screws, and the motor is installed on the motor support and fastened with bolts and nuts. (8) Install the asbestos pad, the liquid outlet elbow and the liquid outlet pipe components in sequence from the outlet of the pump and fix them on the supporting seat. Disassembly of the pump shall be carried out according to the above steps in reverse. Operation 1. Pay attention to the temperature of the pump shaft, which should not exceed the external temperature by 35 鈩? but should not exceed 75掳C at the highest. 2. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based butter to ensure that the bearing can be lubricated normally. 3. In the first month of operation, or after 100 hours of operation, the butter in the motor supporting oil cup should be replaced. In the future, it will be replaced after every 2000 hours of work. 4. Regularly check the elastic coupling regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearings. 5. In the process of operation, if any noise or unusual sound is found, stop immediately for inspection. 6. The pump should be checked periodically every 2000 hours of operation. The wear of the gap between the impeller pump body (or pump cover) should not be too large, and the maximum value of the gap should not exceed 1.5 meters.
