This is a rare opportunity to join our Accelerator Program launching on July 1st 2021. We are recruiting for at least four roles. This is our 3rd group.

IGG Insurance Brokers is one of the UKs fastest growing insurance brokers. We place in excess of £7,500,000 in insurance premiums. As a result we feel we will need to bolster our client facing team by nurturing and developing new talent.

The role will require up to three months training. Whilst on training the salary is NMW. Upon completion of training the salary increases to £18,000. Our executives also receive a generous bonus on top of their salary which is paid each month.

Once qualified, the role involves travelling to see clients in person therefore the candidate must have a valid and full UK driving license.

The role will consist of Developing Account across all classes of Commercial Insurance. You will receive the full support and backing of a new business broking team to assist you in acquiring the new business. In addition to developing your own pipeline you will receive leads from our internal Telesales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a New business Development Executive in a Brokerage that has a highly respected reputation in the market.

We are looking for a candidate who has the following:

Excellent negotiation skills with prospects

A proven new business development History

An Ability to meet and exceed targets and KP

During the 3 month training, the salary is NMW. Post completion of training your salary will increase to £18,000
