3 month HR Business Partner role for a Housing Association in London, paying £210-250 per day, starting ASAP.


Your new company
You will be working as an HR Business Partner for a Housing Association in East London. The role is for 3 months, until the end of December 2022, and will pay £210 per day PAYE or £250 per day via Umbrella. The role is 5 days per week, with 2 days in the office. Please only apply if you are immediately available, or on 1-2 weeks' notice as a maximum. Candidates must have worked at HRBP level, ideally within public sector.

Your new role
Working alongside another HRBP, with the support of an HR Assistant, this role will focus on ER casework and support recruitment, for an organisation of 130 staff.

• Lead on complex cases such as gross misconduct (current 4 cases) and fraud
• Work with investigating officer, attend investigation interviews, hearings and appeals
• Support day to day recruitment when needed
• Managing sickness absence, disciplinaries and grievance
