We have created a new field-based Training and Competency Team to support our Advisors and Regional Managers based across the UK. This new role will be Home/Field based with travel covering the North.

This role was created to achieve and maintain competence and minimum standards sales performance from our self-employed Equity Release Advisors in our "The Equity Release Expert", Appointed Representative Division.

We are looking to recruit a T&C Consultant to join The Equity Release Experts team, to support our Equity Release Advisors, Sales Management and their Advisor teams in the North of England.

The Equity Release Experts team specialise in providing expert independent equity release advice to suit our customer needs. We take an honest and personal approach to our advice, so we can make sure we find the right plan for our customers. Because we're completely independent and not tied to any providers our advice is guaranteed to be honest, independent and tailored to each customer. And if equity release isn't right for our customers, we'll tell them.

The ideal candidate will be able to support our Equity Release Field Sales Management Team and their Advisors. The T&C Consultant will aim to achieve and maintain competence, quality and sales performance standards from our Field Equity Release Advisors. Day to day activities will be to instruct, coach and monitor individuals, producing reports and individual training plans.

Essential Skills

Hold an Equity Release Qualification; CeMAP, CeRER, FPC, DipFS, DipFA, DipFSM.Successful history of sales and Equity Release products with great compliance results.A passion to achieve a workforce of fully compliant and competent Field Equity Release Advisors.Computer literate.Personal effectiveness including enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to work to own initiative to pass along to our Advisors.Desired Skills
