Creag Mhor Lodge is a busy, well established, 12 bedroom guest house with award winning Malt Whisky bar, situated 10 miles south of Fort William. There are beautiful views of Loch Linnhe and the surrounding hills and the guest house is popular with people exploring the highlands and islands off the west coast of Scotland. We have 12 bedrooms with a bed and breakfast offering and a bar open to residents in the evening.

We are looking for staff for a variety of roles who would enjoy working as part of the team. We are looking for people who would be interested in housekeeping roles, working in our cosy whisky bar or working in our kitchen to help produce our delicious breakfasts and evening meals. We are looking for reliable, motivated staff, preferably with previous experience but this is not essential. Candidates must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK. Working well as part of a team and having good communication skills and attention to detail are essential characteristics for any successful candidate.

We opened for the season on the 26th April and we will close at the end of October, we have the ability to offer competitive wages paid monthly during the open season or spread evenly across the year. We are happy to consider a variety of working solutions that would work well for high quality candidates and us, for example we would consider shift patterns that need to work around school hours, or enable you to have some weekend days off.

For candidates considering working with us full-time there may be the opportunity to live in our staff flat for a monthly fee. Position includes holiday pay and statutory pension entitlement.
