We are recruiting for a Full time Assistant/Duty Manager to join our busy friendly management team. You will report to the Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Hotel in the absence of the Senior Managers, Health & Safety & daily food & beverage operations

You will work to the agreed hotel standards in line with the hotel and guest expectations and reflect the requirements made by your department through the duties that you perform. The role will involve daily duty management shifts, checking all health and safety procedures are in place and daily paperwork is completed and the food & beverage operations are running correctly during shift.

Live in is preferred & previous hotel experience essential.
