Hi: I will have a full time vacancy from the middle of July for an ambitious Junior Chef de Partie to join our small but dedicated and professional team in our award winning 11 bedroom Country House Hotel in the northern Lake District, Overwater Hall Hotel - check out our Tripadvisor reviews.
To join us, you must enjoy your job and be able to learn quickly on the job and rise to a challenge: we work hard but we enjoy ourselves, get results and 100% satisfaction from our guests.
We work 5 days per week and you will be required to work 2 split shifts and three straight: we don't serve lunch as it's just too much hassle! Maximum 40 hours per week, 28 days holiday and contributory pension scheme.
I'm looking to replace a chef who has been with my team for 8 years: I don't employ job hoppers, so expect to be here for a few years.
