Own tools and van essential

Essential skills include:

Decorating; refreshing walls and woodwork in residential properties between tenancies. Replacing/repairing plasterboard, filling.

Electrics; fault finding and replacing where required, light bulbs, transformers, electric oven and kitchen appliances,

Plumbing; unblocking drains/waste pipes, bleeding radiators, toping up boiler pressure, tracing, leaks.

General Maintenance; inspecting residential properties and preparing report to office, rodent proofing, tiling, garden maintenance.

A typical day would involve daily meeting at 08:30 in our office, dispatch to jobs with keys, works undertaken and report back to office with photographs, finish last job at 4.30pm-5pm.

Remuneration : on application experience dependant.
