Families in Ealing are looking for an outstanding childminder. Work from home, with your own children, and earn upwards of £25,000 a year. Would you love to be your own boss? Do you enjoy spending time with children, helping them thrive? Koru Kids is looking for people who are ready to take the leap and become a childminder for local families. You’ll be helping shape tiny minds and using your valuable life experience to raise adventurous, kind and confident kids. The role is a minimum of four days per week, usually 8am-6pm (but you can work five days if you wish). You can even access a £500 interest free loan to help set up your home More on pay: Earn upwards of £25,000, depending on how many children you care for. Small: You work alone. You care for 2 pre-school children all day, 4 days a week alongside one toddler of your own. You earn £25,000 after our fees and have none of your own childcare costs to pay. If you work full time you can earn more. Medium: You work alone and don't have your own children to worry about. You care for 3 pre-school children all day, 4 days a week. You earn £37,000 after our fees. If you work full time you can earn more. Large: You work with an assistant and don't have your own children to worry about. You care for 5 pre-school children all day, 4 days a week. You earn £60,000 after our fees. If you work full time you can earn more. What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Caring for up to three young pre-school children (including your own children) Getting out and about exploring your local community – inspiring your children with the world around them Helping children to learn, develop and reach their full potential by reading stories, baking cookies and drafting masterpieces Shaping children’s lives and futures for years to come You’ll love this role if: You want to care for your own children whilst you work You’ve worked with children before as a volunteer, babysitter, nanny or au pair You’re a trained childcare professional with experience in nurseries or schools You’ve raised your own children and miss the buzz of family life Childminding is a truly rewarding career.
