Who are we? to keep it short and simple, we fry chicken to perfection, and do it properly. Famous for our fried chicken burgers, Other side fried have been slinging chicken for about 5 years now.

We are looking for someone to be in charge and run our small takeaway restaurant in the heart of brixton.

The job role is at our restaurant in brixton

Responsibilities:

Have worked in a management position of a similar establshement for at least 2 years.

Dealing with customers as this is a causal fast food service, so must have great people skills and management

Responsible for kitchen’s day to day operations. stock levels, equipment and ingredients and purchasing the required products.

Responsible for the FNB stock management system for the restaurant.

Producing weekly stock reports and investigating variances and keeping GP consistent.

Ensures the restaurant complies with nutrition and sanitation requirements and maintains health and safety at all times.

Manage kitchen staff, front of house and food preparation.

Expected start date: 30/06/2021

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
