Tonco is a small friendly restaurant centred round an open kitchen, specialising in eclectic, simple plates and fabulous wine. Our regularly changing menu reflects seasonality, spontaneity and the pleasure of cooking. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our tight knit, highly motivated team. Working with local suppliers and great produce to cook dynamic interesting food.

Flexible shifts 20-30 hours a week. Experience essential. Weekend/evenings as part of a normal shift pattern although we endeavour to create a good work life balance for our team. We are closed Sunday/Monday and Tuesday is a prep day before we open Wednesday - Saturday. Pay starts at £10 p.h with tronc being added on top of this.
