Royalcare Health are looking for outstanding Support Worker Full time/Part Time and Permanent Support Worker to join our award winning team in Derby DE1, DE3, DE21, DE22 &DE23 and surrounding areas.

16-40 hrs per week

Skills you should possess for the Support Worker role are:

Candidates must be passionate about caring and willing to develop their skills further

You must be friendly and supportive toward vulnerable adults.

Reliable and flexible

You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with those we support and those around them

Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure

Interviews currently being held over the phone, face to face and via video calls.

• Drivers licence is required

• Hours: Full time/Part time, Contract/Temporary hours available.

• Excellent pay rates paid weekly £9.00- £10.50p/hr depending on qualifications and experience

• 28 days holiday per year pro rata

• No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
