We are currently looking for full-time, part-time and casual staff (minimum 2hr shifts) to contact our existing customers to establish if they have provisions in place for funeral arrangements, as well as contact previous enquiry clients who were interested in setting up funeral plans..
This is a very straightforward role so no experience is necessary, however we are looking for people with a friendly people-person manner and who sound happy on the telephone. Full training is provided and on-going mentoring from experienced staff. If you excel in this role we will move you into a sales position which brings more challenges but equally better salary and opportunities ahead. We're thinking long-term :)
We pay bi-weekly (two weeks in hand) and pay is dependent on the amount of hours worked per week, split into three categories as described above (F/T - P/T - Casual). The more you want to achieve, the more money you'll earn- it's in both our interests!
