VEHICLE PROGRESS CHASER

Location: NORWICH

Salary: £11,25 per hour > 44 hours per week

Type: PAYE Employed, permanent, full-time

Today we provide comprehensive vehicle preparation and support services to dealerships, auction houses, motor retailers and fleets across the UK. These include Valeting, Smart Repair, Delivery & Collection, Premises Cleaning, Vehicle Video and Imaging.

Committed to growing our business, an opportunity has arisen for a highly-organised, committed Progress Chaser to join our team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

Liaise between internal departments including Service/PDI

Inspect and monitor new/used car preparation work and schedules to meet customer deadlines

Photographing of Stock and keeping Internet advertising platforms up to date

Assisting Sales Team with Administration

Organising Vehicle Delivery/Hand over

Managing Auction Cars storage/disposal

Assist with Forecourt Presentation

Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

Full, valid GB driving licence is essential

Knowledge of manufacturer programmes and databases would be advantageous

A confident and polite telephone manner with the ability to work accurately when faced with heavy workloads
