Cafe Andaluz on Bon Accord Street is now looking for a talented and hardworking chef de partie to join the kitchen team.

CDP Responsibilities

To assist the Senior Chef on duty with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items
To prepare ingredients for cooking as directed by senior chefs
To ensure that mise en place is completed in your section.
To prepare menu items in collaboration with colleagues
To follow the guidance of the senior chef on duty and input on new ways of presentation or dishes
To optimise the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
To follow strict health safety and food hygiene standards

The ideal candidates will:

Possess a genuine passion for cooking.
Have experience in a like for like high quality operation
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent personal presentation
