Rhubarb Recruitment is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor / Housekeeping Manager for a leading Serviced Apartment company that has apartments across the South East and specifically in areas close to Maidenhead, Newbury, Reading, Slough and Swindon. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with cleaning and housekeeping management experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Serviced apartments, Commercial Businesses or Private homes.

** It is essential that you have a clean driving licence as you will be provided with a company car for driving to the multiple apartment sites **

You will supervise a team of Housekeeping Staff that operate across multiple serviced apartment sites. You will be managing standards, managing housekeeper rotas, and will be the main point of contact for the housekeeping team. You will visit sites to help housekeeping where required and to check cleaning standards are met by the team you manage.

Required Skills

Previous experience managing multi-location teams.
Driving License required
Be hands on and be willing to carry out physical work.
Superb attention to details and understanding of a 3* brand.
Excellent customer service skills for guest interaction and leading by example to Housekeeping Team.
Exceptional organization skills
Ability to work as part of a team to ensure a productive environment.
Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring staff.
The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment. Approachable, friendly, and understanding of the daily needs of a busy housekeeping team.

The job is full-time and permanent, with a 40 hour and 5 days per week contract. Daytime shifts usually from 9am to 6pm.

Salary is £25,000
