As Head Cocktail Bar Tender you will ensure that your team are fully conversant with the cocktail list, have great product knowledge, have great attention to detail, promote table service and deliver an exceptional experience to all lounge guests.

This is a great opportunity for an established cocktail bartender looking to take their first steps into management.

Key Responsibilities:

- manage and drive sales through 'suggested selling' and promotions

- ensure prompt service of drinks at the bar and encourage table service as a priority

- working with the management team to help deliver training for new team members and promoting special cocktails

- make sure drinks standards are maintained by the team and recipes are followed correctly

- work with the bar manager to manage stock levels and improve stock yield

- managing the team to carry out daily and weekly bar duties

- covering duty management shifts and supporting the Bar Manager

- have responsibility for managing the bar and back of house areas to maintain a clean and tidy environment

- implement and record weekly speed pour and product knowledge tests
