We are looking for a well-organised, energetic, and personable individual to fill the role of Deputy Cafe Manager at The Red Cockerel Cafe in Edinburgh's West End.This busy, day-time cafe is based in Saint John's Church on the corner of Princes Street and Lothian Road, and offers breakfast, morning coffee, lunch (soup, quiche, filled rolls, salads) and afternoon tea and cakes. Responsiblities will include serving customers, handling cash, supervising staff, ensuring the cafe is kept clean and tidy at all times, and other normal duties expected of this position.
