What we expect from our volunteers:
Taking Initiative - Initiative is all about taking charge. It is having the motivation to accomplish tasks on your own. If you want to be great at what you do, you need to show that you are ready, able, and willing to get things done without being asked.
Positive Attitude - Having a positive attitude is more important than the knowledge an employee brings to the table. A positive attitude is infectious. It spreads to all others in the workplace. Also, if you are a positive person, you tend to be more curious about things.
Results-Oriented - Results-oriented individuals are focused on making things happen no matter the challenges or roadblocks. This means you dig through tasks and figure out how to obtain the desired results. In addition, you stay focused on each task, meet deadlines, and deliver value to our organisation.
Team player - A team player is someone who actively contributes to their group to complete tasks or meet goals. Team players actively listen to their co-workers, respect ideas, and aim to include their thoughts. Team players understand that their team’s success is their own success, and they share responsibility when their team experiences difficulties along the way.
Dependable and Responsible - Being dependable means that you do what you say you will do. We value employees who come to work on time and take responsibility for their day-to-day tasks ensuring that all tasks are completed by the end of the day.

We will provide them a reference if required.
