Beauty Salon "Lena Shackell Permanent Makeup & Aesthetics" is a leading beauty salon in the Bath area. We have just opened our new salon in the centre of Bath and I’m looking for my right-hand person to work very closely with me to boost the salon and take it to the next level. I have lots of plans and I would love to have someone join me on the journey and adventures. Exciting times ahead.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Beauty industry experience not essential but a passion for it is.

I’m looking for that rare combination of someone who holds an impeccable high standard of customer service & professionalism with a warm caring heart that puts their all into everything they do.

Has superb organisational, computer skills and social media skills.

Someone who always shows attention to detail and can think outside the box bringing new ideas and inspiration to the salon.

A positive ray of sunshine to match the personality of our salon. Someone who loves to spread happiness and has the ability to add value to others.

Someone who can look after our amazing clients and team members on a very special level.

Keen to learn, self-develop and constant improvement of themselves and the salon to ensure we develop and grow and wow our clients every single day.

We are looking for someone special who will oversee the day-to-day managing of the salon including reception and team management duties.
