The Maine an International Brasserie Company with branches in the Middle East is now landing in London to open a brand new branch in the heart of Mayfair.

A well established and globally renowned American Oyster Bar and Grill The Maine Mayfair has 350 seats over 3 floors. Each floor has a different room iconically designed for everything from casual breakfasts, winter terrace dining, the perfect business lunch, to a cabaret brasserie and bar.

We are looking for the next stars of this fantastic stage. Rockstars BarBacks for our talented Bar Team staff who are looking to put incredible energy, in their career, and looking to develop their career, with a growing international Restaurant business, who can offer you the chance to travel and build a fantastic career.
