Brambles is a very popular 45 seat cafe bistro in the tourist town of Inveraray within Argyll (60 miles from Glasgow) open between 7:30am to 5pm, serving up good quality simple dishes, done well. A roaring trade with a diverse breakfast menu is then followed by a lunch menu loved by tourists and locals alike. Home baking and home roasted coffee is also the name-of-the-game! To be part of the Brambles Team you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and plating of breakfast and lunch, whilst maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Working in a team but in the quieter months being able to work on your own, at times.

Working in a busy cafe/restaurant is essential as you need to have the experience to be able to calm and motivated under-pressure. You will be from either commis to sous chef level.
