About The Role

• First point of contact for People related queries received via telephone, email or face to face contact – responding promptly whilst managing expectation effectively
• Support a specific business unit in a matrix model with all aspects of HR
• Provide a first class personal service and take full accountability for timely and accurate resolution of issues; adhering to all SLA’s and the internal sign off process
