This HLTA/ Cover Supervisor role will entail covering classes from in KS2, carrying out interventions and booster groups.

The Headteacher of this Primary School is looking for either an experienced HLTA/ Cover Supervisor or graduate/ experienced TA who is looking to cover classes this academic year ahead of teacher training. This school are looking for a HLTA who is motivated and eager to develop.

You will receive excellent education and training opportunities as well as career progression. This role would suit an aspiring teacher as this primary school can offer a teacher training programme from September 2022.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience covering classes from ideally in KS2 or have school teaching assistant experience and experience delivering pre planned lessons as well as working with small groups and individuals to raise attainment.

This experience will open your eyes to the planning and delivery of different subjects and will give you an understanding of behaviour management schemes. This role is a great first step into your teacher training and will benefit you with a well rounded and accurate experience of working full time within a primary school.
