The successful Behaviour for Learning Officer is required to:

• Be confident with supporting and dealing with children
• Ideally have some school setting experience but this is not essential, football coaching, NCS or scouts experience would also be valuable.
• To work with students 1-1 and in groups to provide support for their challenging behaviour and suggest coping strategies/other requirements
• To participate in the supervision of excluded students as well as other duties required such as gate and corridor patrol across the school.
• To help students focus in a structured, calm and safe environment to facilitate a successful return to normal lessons.
