- Provide outstanding support to the school’s teaching team
- Be creative and innovative to find new ways of engaging and boosting the attainment of your pupils
- Ensure that all pupils are on-track and understand what is being asked of them
- £350 per week | Paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- Teacher Training pathways available from September 2022
To be considered for this Primary Teaching Assistant role you must have:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree (ideally Education focused or within a core curriculum subject)
- Exceptional A-Level and GCSE grades (including Maths and English)
- A passion and love for education
- Enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to capture the imagination of 4-11 year olds
- An unwavering passion for improving outcomes for all children regardless of background
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm even in challenging situations

The Headteacher is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who has the knowledge, creativity and flair needed to produce interactive sessions to children to aid their educational, emotional and social development. As a Teaching Assistant you will work with pupils individually, in groups and as a whole class. A specific focus in this role will be improving attainment within Literacy and Numeracy.
