Operational Lead
We are looking for a talented, creative and dynamic Operational Lead to manage our City and Hackney Adult Autism Assessment Service and fledgling Adult ADHD Service (which covers Hackney, the City and Tower Hamlets).
You will have a clinical qualification, have proven management and leadership experience and good working knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders.
The ADHD service is in its infancy and this is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate creativity in helping develop the team and its systems and processes.
In addition to general operational management duties, the postholder will advise/support on complex clinical issues; represent the organisation in local and national neurodevelopmental forums and be involved in service development and innovation.
