Project Manager (Trading Strategy Delivery)

Location: Stratford based (1-2 days per week in the office) or Home based

Working pattern: 18 month contract, 35 hours

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 p.a.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive our exciting new Trading strategy.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious enthusiastic Project Manager to help transform our trading department. Working alongside the Director of Trading, you will have full oversight of our strategy focusing on the implementation and evaluation process. You will work with our trading leadership and technology teams to revolutionise how we approach retail at CRUK. You will be a critical thinker with the ability to build relationships, taking them on the change journey with you.

What will I be doing?

Make an impact every day by:

• Creating clear project plans with including; clear deliverables, milestones, governance, owners, risks, issues and mitigations.

• Coordinating and engaging the relevant stakeholders to ensure the change and outputs are delivered on time and to the appropriate standard.

• Liaising with finance partners as appropriate to ensure full robust business cases are produced

• Developing and overseeing delivery and implementation plans, including liaising with Tech and operations teams

• Delivering comms relating to the Trading Strategy

• Ability to perform risk management to minimise project risks and highlighting to key stakeholders

• Ensure equality and diversity is celebrated and considered as part of all decisions take
