Description
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join our team at Hostellar. Hostellar is a property management company with properties accross Central, East and West London. This is a full time job which requires flexibility to work on weekends.
The job requires flexibility with daily tasks, but core activities will include:
- Driving to properties to carry out general maintenance work
- Carrying out property inspections
- Helping the build team with supplies on occasion
- Heating, Boilers, Cylinder and Electrical Repairs (Basic/ Intermediate Level)
- Sink Blockages
- Basic Wear and Teat issues such as Blinds, Toilet Seats, Door Handles
- Other
The successful candidate must have a full, clean UK driving license and must speak a good level of English. They will also need to be presentable and professional in appearance as they will interact with customers and tenants on a daily basis.
