Performance Team Manager (Children Social Care and Education ) Permanent, 36 hour full time contract
Salary: Performance Team Manager (MG6) £41,024 - £47,048 per annum
Bromley Council is looking to appoint a children social care and education Performance Team Manager. It’s an exciting time to join Bromley Council, we are transforming and investing a lot in our services and workforce! You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improve outcomes for our residents with a very skilled and dedicated team.
You could be experienced in either Children’s Social Care or Education data returns. We are committed to developing your skills and knowledge in our social care management system Liquid Logic, and the use of BOXi and PowerBI.
As a Performance Manager you will be responsible for delivering annual statutory returns and high quality weekly/monthly performance reports and analysis. You will be part of a dynamic division that is proud of be part of an Outstanding Ofsted rated Leadership team.
If you are passionate about improving services for vulnerable residents and working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders we would like to hear from you. You will work in close collaboration with and experienced Head of Service, engaging and consulting with other key stakeholders across children’s social care and education. You will ensure performance metrics are routinely monitored and used to drive service delivery and outcome improvements.
