The Reliance is an established Bar and Dining room in Leeds City Centre. We have an open-plan kitchen where we produce a high standard of food, served in an informal and relaxed setting. We also butcher & produce our own charcuterie which we serve in-house. We have consistently featured in the Good Food Guide and pride ourselves on our quality food, drink and service. We are in independent business. We offer a good work/life balance on a competitive salary.

We are looking for:

an experienced CDP to join our busy kitchen team
an energetic, inspired & passionate individual

Our ideal candidate will:

be passionate about fresh food
enjoy a hands-on role and thrive under pressure
be consistent and organised
enjoy giving creative input into menus
be a good communicator and team player

Your experience will ideally include:

working with fresh ingredients
working in a high-volume establishment
input into menus and specials
experience at CDP level including some training of junior staff
