An Outstanding all-through school in West London are recruiting for an experienced and highly skilled School Business Manager to lead their administration team as the school enters the next stages of growth.

Reporting into the Head Teacher, you will work closely with the senior leadership team all aspects of school administration. You will be leading a small, close-knit and hard-working administration and operations team where you will be responsible for the strategic growth and daily operation of the school, overseeing HR, finance, site management and school administration.

You will have extensive experience within a senior school administrative position, with in-depth knowledge of school financial and personnel operations. Excellent ICT knowledge including SIMS software is required for this position.

The school is located in Hounslow, with state-of-the-art facilities and expansive green space. It is close to Underground and National Rail services and offers staff parking on-site.
