Description

Administrator

London South Teaching School Hub was designated in 2021 to provide professional development and support to schools in Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark . Before becoming a Hub, we were London South Teaching School Alliance and before that, Southwark Teaching School Alliance. We work with schools and partner organisations to deliver high quality professional development, from Initial Teacher Training to Executive Leadership via the Early Career Framework and the National Professional Qualifications.

We are also host to the Charles Dickens Research School, which offers a bridge between evidence and practice. At the heart of the Hub is a commitment from our partners to learn from, with and on behalf of the richly diverse schools in our region, and to extend their impact beyond their own school boundaries for the good of all.

The Administrator we are seeking to recruit will provide administrative support for all aspects of LSTSH’s work. While training and support will be provided, we are looking for someone who is self-starting and highly organised, with a close attention to detail.

  • Organising and ensuring the smooth running of the online and face to face training sessions and events taking place across the Hub – including:
  • Booking venues and refreshments
  • Communicating with attendees
  • Helping with the set up and providing support at events as necessary
  • Sending online evaluation forms after each session
  • Providing excellent customer service – including:
  • Being the main point of contact for all queries via email or by phone
  • Responding to all queries in a timely, professional and warm manner
