BAR MANAGER

Mr Wolfs and the adjacent Radnor Rooms in the Old City quarter of Bristol, offer a unique and vibrant combination of food, drink, music and events spaces. Together they form part of a family-managed business that aims to be at the heart of the success of the city.

Mr Wolfs is one of Bristol’s leading independent bars and live music venues, a celebrated part of Bristol life for twenty years. The Radnor Rooms, with its indoor space and rooftop terrace, has developed rapidly as a quirky, incredibly popular event space, particularly for weddings.

As a key element in our ongoing plans to adapt our organisation to the demands of a fast-changing business environment, we want to appoint a manager to work across these venues, alongside the existing general manager and the hands-on owners. This job offers both managerial responsibility and the opportunity to contribute creatively to the future success of the business.

Out of the 3 venues within the company, the new manager will focus on Mr Wolfs and the Radnor Rooms, working flexibly across these exceptionally busy venues. You will work with the general manager on the full range of operational tasks, including the management and training of staff. As a member of the management team, we also want you to provide your own innovative input to the development of what we offer our customers.
