Autism (SEN) Teaching Assistant | Fantastic Primary School | Barnet

An ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in the Borough of Barnet are eager to appoint an Autism (SEN) Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start. This is a full time, and long-term role for the entire academic year.

You will be specialising in Autism (ASD) support throughout the school and working with the SENCo to improve the quality of learning. You will be provided with additional training in & out of the classroom and given all the materials to excel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Autism (SEN) Teaching Assistant
• Specialising in Autism (ASD) support throughout the school
• Working across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
• ASAP Start until July 2022, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
• £75 - £90 per day, Term Time Only
• Located in the Borough of Barnet

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Degree from a reputable University would be ideal
• Basic understanding of Special Educational needs
• Experience working with children and SEN is essential
• Graduates interested in training to teach welcomed and encouraged to apply
