Prospectus is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in their search for a Supporter Care Manager. Our client are committed to eradicating type 1 diabetes and their research has led to new developments in diabetes technology and treatment and is laying the foundations for a cure. They support everyone living with type 1 diabetes, by working with policy makers to increase availability of treatments and by providing information and resources to help people manage their condition.

This exciting and pivotal role will develop and implement the organisation's supporter care and stewardship strategy, driving for a best-in-class supporter experience from first contact throughout the supporter journey, in order to maximise income.

The post holder will lead on the establishment of a data-driven “relationship fundraising” approach, personally stewarding higher value DIY fundraisers, and overseeing their team's stewardship portfolio and triaging of supporters for handover to other teams when required.

In order to be successful you will have experience of supporter care in the charity sector and will have worked in an individual giving or community fundraising setting. Experience of improving business process, capturing and using supporter data to make decisions will be key as will successfully leading a fundraising team working in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the eradication of type 1 diabetes is of course essential!
