Chambers has 70 Barristers, including 11 QCs in Leeds and Newcastle, where both barristers and staff are recognised for providing professional, client-oriented and efficient services.

Following the outstanding tenure of the current CEO, Chambers now seeks to appoint a highly suitable individual capable of building on this success and taking Chambers forward in to an exciting future. The CEO is responsible for the formulation and delivery of the agreed business and professional objectives of Chambers’ two operational Boards.

The CEO is also responsible for the provision of business services to Members of Chambers and their clients through the effective management of Chambers’ finances, the creation and implementation of business development and marketing strategies, and regulatory and legal compliance. They are also responsible for the effective leadership of the senior staff who lead Chambers’ practice management, finance and administrative teams

Suitable individuals will already possess a significant record of leadership and delivery in a legal, professional services or relevant senior management position. They will be proficient in all areas of business finance including detailed reporting and presentation of information. They must also be an outstanding communicator capable of tact, diplomacy and quickly building professional relationships with colleagues and clients, and able to successfully influence both.
