The NASUWT is the leading trade union representing exclusively the interests of teachers and school leaders throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your strategic communications, marketing, PR and press skills to continuing to build the Union’s strength and influence through effective campaigning and lobbying activities across the whole UK.
With the financial and people management skills appropriate to a senior leader, you will lead a team of creative staff to develop inspirational content across all media channels including press, website and social media, continuously improving content to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
The successful candidate for this key role in the organisation will understand and share the NASUWT’s ethos and values, and have a thorough understanding of the issues and challenges affecting teachers and the education service throughout the UK.
