Hours of work: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week. You will typically be rostered to work over 5 days, Monday to Sunday, including regular weekends

Not only will you answer their questions and provide information to enrich their visit, for some of their visitors your challenge will be to devise, and deliver, first-class guided tours.

And in everything you do, you’ll aim for the highest possible standards of visitor care and security.
