Are you a current Premises Assistant seeking an immediate start in Greenwich, South East London...?


Have a proven track record, a clean DBS, and ideally access to a car...?


The successful Premises Assistant will deliver a practical and efficient service to this lovely Greenwich Primary, ensuring that all internal and external areas of the school are clean, tidy, well maintained, and secure.


The Premises Assistant will mainly carry out compliance/H&S tasks, as well as being available to open and lock up the site where required. A flexible approach is essential and a willingness to remain on-site during evening events (parent evenings, open evenings, student plays/shows etc) too.


The post may include some driving, and the ideal Premises Assistant will have:

• An awareness and understanding of working in a school environment.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including good practice in relation to caretaking, cleaning and hygiene. IOSH or COSHH would be desirable.
• Experience in building repair and refurbishment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A commitment to supporting and promoting safeguarding, student welfare, equality and diversity
