Brookfields is our innovative service which includes 21 self-contained flats for independent supported living. It is located in the village of Great Glen, 2 miles south of Oadby on the outskirts of Leicester.

The service will be offering flats and communal space that meet a high standard. It is situated in a lovely position in the village with the River Sence running past it.

Our service users have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability and require staff who are enthusiastic about the support they provide. You will support people with a wide range of needs, including those with complex needs and others who require a much lower level of support to promote their independence.

Your role will include:

• Staff will need to be able to provide support to enable service users to live independently in their new homes, including support to access their local community.
• This may involve going out for walks, visiting coffee shops, going to cinema/theatre, attending football matches, college/voluntary work and more. Ideally, you will also have an ability to cook.

The service will operate shifts that will cover 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to include early, late and waking night cover.
