This role is responsible for creating a unique identity for The Frontier, incorporating the delivery of the design, content and branding across our London, Belfast and Reading sites. The role requires someone who can take ownership and drive the creativity of the Frontier brand. Can you solve creative problems?
Key responsibilities include:
Working with the Frontier Lead to design and execute the Frontier brand and marketing strategy.
Manage marketing project plans to agreed objectives, deliverables, timings and budgets.
Creating engaging content for our spaces to inspire our clients.
Continuously driving innovative ways to showcase our new technology offerings to the firm.
Creating and sharing success stories and credentials across the firm.
Working closely with the central comms team to ensure alignment and involvement across the firm's wider strategy.
Ownership of all Frontier google sites; working with stakeholders across the business to ensure they contain exciting and engaging online content.
Owning the Frontier communication plan, identifying key stakeholders across the firm and defining the most effective channels to engage them.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting to Frontier Lead.
Experience and knowledge required:
Proven experience and a passion for marketing and design.
Ability to build relationships and establish a network across the UK firm
A passion for emerging technology
Ability to be autonomous yet highly collaborative
Ability to drive tasks to completion and problem solve when needed
Self motivated and resilient when dealing with ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly energised and motivated to be a positive influence for the team
Innovative and creative in approaching new challenges
Technology advocate.
Self-motivated professional, willing to take initiative and accept total personal responsibility as part of an inclusive and collaborative team.
