We’re looking for a community investment professional to lead the development and delivery of an innovative community investment programme for St Ann’s Redevelopment in Haringey.

What we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of area/estate regeneration with experience of delivering within grant and government funded programmes
• An in-depth knowledge and experience in a wide range of community investment areas like community development, environmental projects, volunteering, community sporting activity or health and wellbeing
• Experience of programme design and delivery to address a wide range of social issues and community priorities in mixed tenure neighbourhoods.

To succeed in your role as a Community Investment Specialist you will:

• Lead the development and delivery of Catalyst’s community investment offer for St Ann’s redevelopment by working with a range of stakeholders and the wider community.
• Make best use of local knowledge, community insight, data and feedback to establish activation activities, events programmes and projects that build resilience and empower the local community.
• Actively engaging key stakeholders including resident representatives, schools, youth groups, charitable organisations and others to build innovative partnerships and coordinate community interventions.
• Participate in the organisation and running of other public consultation events connected to the St Ann’s development, alongside other colleagues.
• Identify active and interested groups and individuals and provide training, resources and capacity building where needed to ensure people are equipped to make decisions about their community and can take on the management of community spaces.
