We are looking for a creative, experienced and ambitious marketing professional with knowledge of the FE sector and an understanding of student recruitment. You will know relevant marketing and promotional channels and opportunities inside out, and you will be committed to keeping up with the fast-paced developments in the education sector and the marketing world in order to position NCC as first choice, driving potential students to us in their thousands. You will lead effective enquiry and recruitment processes and smash conversion rates, exceeding the College's challenging income targets.

You will have a marketing or related degree and, ideally, a relevant CIM qualification or chartered/fellow status. You will also be experienced and effective at managing diverse staff teams and cross-organisational working groups in a large, complex organisation.
