The Director of Implementation and Delivery will work closely with the senior leadership team in BEIS to lead change at a systems level across the department, as well as ensuring a cohesive and efficient end to end delivery of the department’s priorities.

As the leader of the project delivery profession within BEIS, this role is crucial to help build the department’s delivery capability, by providing insight, support and challenge across the department, to ensure that the BEIS priorities are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires someone with the suitable skills to deliver this. You will need to be an outstanding, collaborative and inclusive leader who can deliver through others - someone with experience of successful delivery, who is confident and credible with a range of stakeholders, whilst leading and influencing delivery excellence across the department.
