THE ROLE

Needed now more than ever, this vital charity's Website Manager role sits in the Fundraising Team, playing a key role in supporting the growth of their digital channels via ongoing maintenance, development and optimisation of their website, as well as supporting the wider organisation with their website needs.

As Website Manager you will also be supporting website integrations, liaising with suppliers, delivering content, acting as strategic lead and identifying opportunities to develop and improve the site through to delivery. The role will see you working with key members of the fundraising and advocacy teams, implementing SEO strategy.

Staff Training will also be a part of the Website Manager role, so that they can create and manage their own web content in the longer term.

Other key areas of the role include:
- Security and compliance
- Budgets and reporting
- Internal and external stakeholder relationships



YOU

To apply for the Website Manager role you will need to show you have the following experience in:
- trouble-shooting website maintenance from trouble - shooting to non-technical management of back end
- managing website job pipeline supporting various teams with differing needs
- using data and analytics tools to run testing, optimise content, user funnels and conversions
- website performance and digital campaigns reporting, and ability to analyse and recommend improvements
and have
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with clarity and persuasion , you will be a leader of ideas with the ability to work well within a team
- have high attention to detail and have strong copywriting skills
