The Role
We are looking for an amazing IT Project Manager to take on the exciting challenge of leading a £1M investment, delivering a varied number of projects within our IT systems and infrastructure over the next five years.
This role will manage our IT service provider and provide technical project management of the design, development, and rollout of technological enhancements to current systems and replacement of old ones. The role will support a multi-site workforce to move to operating within cloud-based programmes, including Office 365, Salesforce/In-Form, OmniLedger and Access (Finance and HR).
You will play an integral role in the success of our new IT strategy, making key recommendations that will take the organisation forward in our ambition to be the leading provider of support for children, young people and families across Sussex and Surrey.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with significant experience of managing IT projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to BAU handover. You will be a confident communicator who can build, maintain, and influence senior stakeholder relationships as well as producing a culture of user engagement to design key attributes of systems. In addition, you will have proven knowledge and understanding of the importance of change management, process change, service transition and embedding benefits.
This role would be perfect for someone who is excited to be a part of something meaningful which maximises YMCA DLG’s contribution to the outcomes of vulnerable children and young people across Sussex and Surrey.
