At Bridgend County Borough Council, we’re transforming the way we manage our property estate. We manage a diverse property portfolio, from schools to industrial estates from care homes to market stalls. We operate a Corporate Landlord approach - bringing together the management that leads our strategic property management , design and hard/soft Facilities Management teams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join the team and to project manage the delivery of refurbishment works to commercial buildings. The works will be varied and include the coordination of reactive and planned maintenance schemes ensuring that all work is delivered on time, to budget costs and ensuring Client satisfaction.
