This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading schools to provide an efficient and supportive HR and recruitment service.

Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment, retention, and employee relations for both the Junior and Senior departments. Another key priority of the role is the administration and maintenance of the Single Central Record.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and line managers, providing expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the school.

The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience of HR policies, procedures and a good understanding of basic employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
