Head Chef sought for a pub kitchen in a 60 cover free-house village pub in the heart of Somerset. Situated on a busy A road we have a fully equipped kitchen which is providing the local community with some great home prepared food.

This really is a great opportunity for a talented Sous chef/Head chef that wants to run their own kitchen and reap the benefits from an established food business with a great reputation.

Ideally you must live locally to Glastonbury or willing to relocate to the area as no live in is available.

A successful applicant will:

• Be highly motivated.

• Prefer to source good quality local ingredients.

• Prepare cook and present great food in accordance with EHO.

• Have at least 5 years experience in running a successful kitchen.

• The ability to train and inspire their own team.

• Have a niche.
